• Passes are only permitted to be sold to patrons ages 18 and up.

​

• Alcohol packages will be sold to those 21 years or older.

​

• A drink package wristband will be provided to you based upon the package purchased.

​

• Passes must be visible and wristbands must be worn during the duration of the event.

​

• Passes admit access into certain areas of the event. You can purchase additional add-ons in the ZENNFEST app that will be synchronized to your passes. 

​

• Festival passes are valid for the entire weekend that you purchased.

​

• Festival passes are only valid for the specific pass and patron purchased - no switching passes. 

​

• Wristbands are void is tampered with or removed.

​

• Passes, wristbands and/or the digital ZENNFEST ticket QR code is required for entry into the festival.

​

• The ZENNFEST mobile app is required to activate wristband package passes.

​

• Any shuttle passes cannot be replaced if lost.
