All sales are final – no refunds or cancellations or exchanges.

The name of the original order cannot be changed. No name changes or alternate will call pick up will be allowed.

Passes and packages are sold as individuals, couples, or groups.

Any orders have to be placed for yourself or others in your immediate party to circumvent the festival pass limit or group regulations, regardless of method, will be subject to cancellation of order impasses with refund at any time without notice.

All add-ons are sold separately.

If you are logged into your ticketing or other accounts and place another order using a different name, account, credit card, email address or billing address, your order will be subject to cancellation, without notice. *****Do NOT buy passes from a third-party/scalper. We do not assist in any third-party transactions. Receipt/order confirmations can be fake or forged. Don’t be fooled. *****

By purchasing passes, you agreed to all terms of sales rules and regulations, and acts of privacy.

If you have already received your wristbands, passes, and/or commemorative boxes, please hang onto them until the day of the event.

Commemorative boxes contain passes, wristbands, giveaways, directions, and lodging details. All items can be subject to being deactivated and voided with canceled/refunded orders.

It will take a minimum of four weeks to complete shipping for each package a tracking number will be sent to your confirmation email. Your patience is appreciated.

You have 48 hours to confirm the shipping address. Orders will not be re-shipped under any circumstances. Shipments returned to the sender may choose a one-time re-shipment offer for a fee of $35, exceptions may apply.

Shipping fees will not be refunded for undeliverable orders.

Orders unable to be delivered under any other circumstances, (lost, stolen, errors, forgot something, dog and the mailman, wrong address, etc.) Must be picked up at will call by the person whose name is on the original order. No exceptions.

A government-issued photo ID, order number, and the credit card used for the purchase are required for pick up at will call.
